Rang the day before for a booking as I had a 2 hour drive. Was told first up at 9am next day would be good.Arrived at 9.01am. It took nearly 2 hours for them to do anything about my issues. Yes, they were attending to another person who may have come in off the street before me, but just to be recognised and spoken to would have gone a long way to alleviating my anger.The boss/owner seemed a likeable enough guy but no idea of customer service. Just to be spoken to, recognised and even say be with you as soon as we can would have been welcomed.The only guy with those manners was the apprentice.As for the other worker, a cross between a yapping chihuahua and a peacock blowing smoke over everyone. The young apprentice the only one of any manners and real value.Finally got away around 4pm and next day found it still wasn't 100% but I won't be back, will get it looked at elsewhere.

Quoted $220 to regas aircon however was unable to regas due to a leak but then charged $340 to find the leak then quoted somewhere between $1300 to $1500 to fix leak... Absolute robbery of a business!!!
