Hornsby Service Centre
Our car broke down at Brooklyn. NRMA towed us to Hornsby Service Centre who kindly agreed to stay open past their normal closing time as we were a long way from home at Springwood. The car was diagnosed and fixed by the following day. Excellent service. Only sorry that we don't live in the area to use their service again.

They serviced my brakes and discs and did a good job at a good price. I found their customer service and communication excellent, left phone messages when they couldn't reach me. I've only been once so far but will trust my car to them again.

Very poor experience today. Many new staffs there, I believe they should have enough training before they on board. But unfortunately they don’t. I spent almost half day in the service center, coming back three times and still not get things done.

My husband found Grant and Alex after a desperate online search for a mechanic who was open between Xmas & New Year. His work van needed a new clutch & flywheel in a hurry, and they were open, and did the job perfectly.He's since been back to have another job done. We live on the Central Coast and it's definitely worth travelling to Hornsby to have work done by this great workshop. Fair pricing, friendly and informative service, clean and efficient. We'll be returning here.

So the mechanic at the shop said i was late for my appointment by several hours. First of all you guys have more number so why not call your customer and ask when will they get here in the beginning? The car was only a block away. Secondly im pretty sure i said 1430 and even im was mistaken it was only an hour late not several hours late. Well anyway i will pay someone else instead around hunter st for then coming back here again

Beware at your own risk... I had taken my car to this shop on multiple occasions and to put it simply, each time has been a nightmare. The prices this shop charges for the most basic of services is disgusting. They always over charge unfairly.The shop owner is rude and very unprofessional. After identifying one issue in particular, which he reported to me, he did not even bother to rectify the problem but still charged me for time taken to identify the problem.Beware of this shop. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere.

Got my car towed to the shop on a Friday afternoon an hour before knock off for the guys with a full workshop, they still got me in and fixed me up. Couldn’t have been better blokes and would recommend to everyone and anyone to come to this shop

I have been dealing with this service centre for over 25 years. Service is always thorough, and always efficient. They ask what you need and contact before extras are started. Prices are fair. I recommend them highly for any car.
