I’ve been dealing with this amazing team for years. Absolute best quality slippers and slides! My last pair lasted me 7 years. The stitching still held after all these years

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - best to avoid this mob because if anything is not right they will not help.They are HOPELESS at communication - they get something wrong and just go silent. Rude and unhelpful.DETAILS - I had to exchange a pair of UGG boots.I returned the original pair to them (size issue) and asked UGG via their RETURN form to send the new pair to NSW (where my daughter lives). The original pair were sent to Queensland (where my daughter was for Christmas).They did not pick up the parcel for about 3 weeks (I thought it was lost) but they say they were away. Not really a problem, but it's made this Christmas present really late.They sent the new pair to Queensland.As soon as I got the email saying it had left, I let them know it was in transit to the wrong place.No response.When it arrived in Queensland, I asked if they were going to do anything.No response.I asked them if they were going to respond.No response.I asked them again if they were going to respond.They sent a printout of the original order (to Queensland) - not a single human word.I sent them a fresh copy of their Return Form.No response - time to give up.I understand mistakes happen - but these people seem to care nothing.If I make a mistake I at least acknowledge it and try to fix it. To be stonewalled is just rude.

Excellent quality product, if you are looking to keep warm in winter you best get yourself a pair of UGGs from Original UGG Australia. Excellent customer service and they take the time to ensure you have the best product and services. Definitely will be a reoccurring customer thank you!

I purchased the chestnut classic mid plain print .These Uggs are warm, cosy and comfy, and have a great sole so I don't have to change shoes to pop the washing on the line! I wear them inside most of the day as well.I've bought another pair for my kids :)

I received my boots as a gift but had to swap for a slightly larger size. The man could not have been more helpful in getting the perfect fit and also showing me other options to ensure I was completely satisfied. The quality is beautiful, they look great and most importantly they are warm and cosy. Thank you - will purchase from here again.

The original and the best.Bought a pair of the fluffy sliders for my wife's birthday and she absolutely loves them.The quality of the material is fantastic, you can just feel the difference.To top it off the service I received was excellent.She loves them so much I might be back soon to order another pair!
