I needed a glazier urgently to replace a large window which had been smashed in and went with 'Glory Glass.' The customer service I received from the office to the glazier himself I found to be kind and friendly. The glazier arrived on time and did a great job replacing this window of mine. He didn't just replace my window, he took great care in removing all the glass from the inside as well [and watched out for my plant which was somewhat in the way and asked that he try not to damage]. The price was very reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Glory Glass to anyone who needs such a service. Many thanks to you all. Job well done and a very happy, satisfied customer!

Not a great experience at all...saved literally thousands and thousands of dollars by going to Melbourne Safety Glass who were far more professional!

The worst customer service i have ever experienced. Our initial contact was with Barry who we had booked for our measure. Barry arrived 2 hour late without even apologising, was rude and barely made any conversation. Once he had finished he said it would take 7 days for installation. He also said 'someone' from the office would call the following day to take a deposit. That 'someone' called the following day took a deposit and told us the install would be in 2 weeks. We questioned what Barry had said and the 'someone' said that it would definitely be 2 weeks. We reluctantly agreed! We received a call two weeks later and a time was booked for install. As we both work full time we asked for an early morning install and a time was agreed. This time changed twice. They eventually agreed to install on Friday the AFL public holiday at midday. Midday came and went and no sign of the installers. We called and texted and nothing. Eventually at 3pm we received a call to say that they would arrive at 4pm. The glass they had made was measured incorrectly and made to small, they then said they would have a replacement the following day. Not sure why the original glass took 2 weeks when they where going to give us a replacement the following day. It took two hours for install. They damaged the beading and didn't even inform us of it. We questioned it before they left and they said that its normal and it looked fine. On their departure they said we would receive a call on Monday for us to finalise our account. That call never came. I was checking our bank statement on Tuesday morning and realised that they had deducted the balance form our credit card. (Keeping record of a persons credit card detail is illegal in Australia). We have made no further contact with Glory Glass(Buddy Glass)at this stage but we have informed our solicitor to take legal action against Glory Glass (Buddy Glass) for misuse of our credit card information. We warn anyone wanting to use Glory Glass to run the other way. Don't go through the hassle we did. Its not worth it.......
