My daughter had been wanting to go here for ages, just based on the look from the outside. A few weeks ago, i booked her in for shape and polish. The energy when we first entered wasnt what youd expect.the lady who did my daughters nails, barely communicated, didnt shape her nails properly, i literally could of done better considering she left her thumb nail slanted and didnt square them even though she asked my daughter if she wanted them rounded or squared. The lady also didnt know how to paint leaving several of my kids nails really bulgy at the ends and not painted fully near the cuticles. I think considering shes a 14yr old kid on her bday there definitley could of been conversation, at times i spoke to make it less drab. The only positive was the place was cute inside and tatiana (not sure how to spell) checked on the lady doing my daughters nails and gave her tips so they didn't end up completely awful. I would suggest before anyone looks to make sure you get someone experienced. Ive made the decision not to name the person who did my kids nails but please consider speaking especially to a child who gets anxious and making the experience nice and learning to properly do the job youve decided to. Beauty is meant to be fun and leave you feeling good, not dissappointed and average.

Love getting my nails done here! I have had terrible experiences in the past at other nail places, that I stopped getting my nails done, till I came here - I am sooo glad I did! Highly recommend!

Rude and snooty. They cancelled my original booking stating their booking system allowed me to book later than they wished to stay back at work. Unfriendly impersonal atmosphere. I accommodated rescheduling of the appointment only to be treated like I was an inconvenience and was rushed out the door. Won’t be returning.

All the ladies here are so good at their job. I am a nail biter from way back. Not only did they not look at my chewed nails with horror, they have made my nails look great! I have an overlay over my natural nails, kept short until my natural nail recovers and gets some length to it. The colour range to choose from is excellent . Today, Tash did my nails and the colour is a pale blue with white specks through it for something a little different. Happy to be coming here to sort my nails out and i appreciate the time and care Tash and Tatiana at my previous appointment took with me.

After having a trial, I had booked a nail service prior to my wedding. I called the morning of my appointment to confirm and had no issues. An hour and a half before my appointment I received a txt message saying they could no longer fit me in. I replied and reiterated that this was for my wedding and asked for recommendations on where else I could go, however got no response. I also called the business and only got a voicemail. I understand that things can happen however their poor communication was unacceptable. This caused a lot of unwanted stress due to time pressures with other appointments.I will not be returning.

The girls at Colour & Co are delightful. I booked online and made a mistake with what treatment I needed. They handled the situation so well and made me feel at easy with the situation. It meant they had to stay back to finish my treatment. They didn’t bat an eyelid, they just got on with it and stayed so positive and friendly. Thank you girls for making my experience just a positive one under difficult circumstances.

I went to Colour & Co for the first time, and it was a great experience. I'm not sure why I waited so long. I'm really happy with my manicure and the friendly staff.

I booked a Mani Pedi with them but it only felt like I was there to get my shellac removed and nails recoloured.They did not attend to my cuticles or the skin around my nails. The nail paint is starting away from the cuticle making it look old already! The nails are not properly filed, the ends are so unprofessionally done that I can scratch my face leaving marks.When I went up to pay at the counter, I asked the lady if the price was for a mani pedi to which she said it was. I was shocked to hear this because I did not experience anything close to my other mani pedi experiences. My thumb nail was also not filed properly and was left with sharp edge and uncovered with paint. Similarly, my toenails were done very shabbily. Please find the photos attached so that you can see it for yourself. These are taken 2 hours after I got it done.Very unsatisfactory experience compared to what they describe on their website. I had much higher expectations from them but I feel like I wasted my time and money for a shabby job. This job was done by Tash, I am not sure if she was new there but she was completely exhausted when she sat me at the table. No wonder the job was done so poorly.
