If you’re looking for a jeweler don’t look any further. Gary and Donna has been fantastic to work with, no pushing or stress, they’ve been very patience and helpful to work with throughout the process of making our engagement ring. I came to get a diamond necklace valued and wanted to enquire about selling it. I'm no jewellery expert but I had an insurance valuation and a GIA certificate, both of which I brought with me. Unfortunately, the woman who served me wasn't interested in either, or the necklace, and instead seemed bizarrely invested in making me feel as small as possible. I'm a new Mum trying to raise a bit of cash before Christmas and her utter derision was entirely unnecessary, and to be frank, left me feeling as worthless as she perceived my jewellery to be.

Donna helped me design a complete remodel of my mum's rings, combining all diamonds to make a statement dress ring. She was able to bring to life what I was imagining. Phenomenal! Amazing service and overall customer experience.KSD made my engagement ring and can't recommend these guys enough.Donna was patient and helped me navigate through the 4 C's of diamonds from start to finish, which for a 31 year old male was very comforting.Donna worked within my budget and helped design the perfect ring, which my fiance' absolutely loves.Although the initial feel of the outside shop is a little bit dated, the service and finishing product leave a lasting positive WOW feeling for life!Thanks so much to the King Street Design team again!
