Went here wanting a short platinum blonde hairstyle.....left with red sores, a disgusting yellow colour, major amounts of hair snapping off revealing prominent bald spots and an irritated scalp. Clearly have no idea what they are doing with chemicals and bleach; I tried telling them the back of my head was burning and it was ignored, now I have such thin, brittle hair it’s upsetting. Will be reporting the unprofessional and dissatisfactory results, won’t return and DEFINITELY do not recommend.

The hairdressers are very competent and give you the look your searching for. I would advise everyone to try Clip N Snip" and maybe try another style to suit your face shape
