I should have read other reviews first. I had a full set of nails done. They rushed and the service was abrupt, not pleasant at all. The nails were thick and unnatural looking. Within 3 days a nail popped off. Within 7 days 1 more fell off and two more began lifting. I went back to have them fixed and they did so but blamed my nails for the problem. When I explained that I had not had the problem before I was treated with hostility. She fixed the nails then tried to paint them with a very different shade. When I said the colour did not match she insisted it would when it dried out. I insisted the colour was wrong so she said if I wanted all the same she would charge me. Well it definitely did not match, it looked ridiculous and I will not be going back.

would give 0 stars if possiblewent there 4 days ago, got a pedicure with my mum in which we were overcharged by over $60 and 4 days later i have an infection in my toe, never even tried to fix the problem, never offered a solution, simply dismissed us and now i have to get anti biotics in order to fix there mistake, obviously either the water or equipment wasn't sterile, they'll be lucky if i don't call the health department to do a check.

Great place to get your nails done. Im always happy with them especially these rainbow nails I got as a tribute to my pup I lost recently.

The first time I had a mani pedi it was great, no issues but today I went in for a buff, cut, polish and Color, my daughter got a chin wax and asked for a buff, cut and polish no colour and they provided extra services we didn’t ask for and then charged us for said services. I asked for pricing before I sat down and I agreed that I wanted the $35 service and was charged $55 because of the extras as was my daughter. They tried to wax my daughters eyebrows as well even though she hadn’t requested it and she had to be adamant multiple times that she only wanted the chin wax. I didn’t have the extra money to spend on this, hence why I worked out financially what it would cost prior to going in and this is unacceptable to do to people in this economy. I cried outside greenhills for a long time in a panic because I can’t get the money back. Will never use this service again and will highly recommend not going there to anyone that asks. Your customers are the reason you have a business and if you continue to treat people this way the money will dry up.

Had a gel manicure and pedicure here this morning. Staff were lovely and my overall experience was positive. Extremely happy with my pedicure, the young girl who did it was amazing. The manicure was average, had to request for the man to shorten some nails to make them even ( he fixed this straight away ). Once he was finished curing my nails I noticed polish around my finger on both thumbs, I asked to have this taken off and he filed some off, there is still polish on my skin but was guided to the reception desk to pay.Would definitely return for a pedicure as my nails look amazing however a little disappointed with the manicure.

Walked in and asked for SNS was sent to a table, the guy started clipping off my nails and I pulled back. I never asked for tips, he assumed. So lost natural nail growth on one finger. Then proceeded to put acrylic on my nails, again I had to correct him to use SNS. He had to get another guy to do my nails, new guy rushed, told me I was done, grabbed my phone to pay and the nails weren't dry and smeared the polish. Thick, uneven and poor shaping.

I was overcharged. I got acrylic nails with art design. Charged $85!!!!!!I am now on day 5 of my nails and half of the gems have fallen off my nails and one of my nails is about to fall off. I showed the lady a photo of some almond shape nails with little silver gemstones on them and a pink coat underneath. They had a whole box of gemstones and the lady said ‘only three gemstones each finger’ which was annoying but I said ok. it took her about 4 minutes to put them on. I then went up to pay expecting to pay around $60. She charged me 85? And then told me it was $25 FOR THE GEMS??? (bag of those gemstones from the dollar store is 50c) I think that is ridiculous. Right afterwards I went upstairs to another nail salon and they told me I was ripped off big time! They added a few more gems on my nails for me, free of charge.

Terrible experience. Poor customer service. Over priced.Went to have my nails (hands & feet) painted a specific colour to match my bridesmaid dress for an upcoming wedding. They painted them (took a long time) and sooner after I was told the polish was “dry and ready to go”, I said I didn’t think it would be. I paid for the service (full price). She then tested it and smudged the polish off my nail with her finger. She then had to take off and redo it – all well and good, except they could not find that same colour! It was somehow lost (spent ages looking and comparing). So, she painted it in a “close enough” colour. I explained I wasn’t happy with an odd finger different colour. So, she opted to paint over the rest of them. I explained that I wasn’t very happy as it wasn’t the right colour, and it was thick with wet layers so I was worried it would smudge. Instead of reasoning, they argued with me and said they couldn’t just redo my manicure etc because I didn’t like the new colour. The offered absolutely no resolution or compensation, just argued and tried to blame me. She also told me to buy their $10 bottle of a colour (that I didn’t want/like) for touch ups, as it would likely smudge with so many layers. My nails were dented, smudged and ruined again before I even left the shop. I then had to go to another shop, buy the colour I actually needed, remove their polish and repaint them myself!

Absolutely terrible. The lady doing my manicure was ignorant and did an awful manicure. I asked for shellac and got gel… definitely not the same as the shellac I get at every other nail place…something I could have done at home and probably a lot better to be honest.0 starts from me.
