LVLY

Unfortunately the flowers were not delivered on due date (vday). I understand this is the busiest time of the year for florist, but they need to better manager their delivery partners or possibly reduce orders received. An easy refund for them but a day ruined for us. Do better.

I cannot recommend Lvly to anyone. My partner ordered flowers from them for Valentine's Day, but they were delivered at 6 PM, which was quite late. When I opened the box, I was disappointed to find that the flowers were squished and most of them were wilted, bruised, and sad-looking. The quality of the flowers was also not what I expected for the price my partner paid. The roses were small, skinny, and mostly green, which only added to my disappointment. Overall, my experience with Lvly was unsatisfactory.

This is my first time using LVLY after looking at their website a few times. Wow. I ordered their standard posy with a personalised label at 340pm on Sunday and it arrived to the recipient at 6pm! Mind blown. My friend sent me the pic of them boxed and then up in the jar and they’re really beautiful. Thanks LVLY!

Ordered a bunch of native posies for same day delivery. Way overpriced for a very average bunch of flowers which were clearly squished into a box, some broken and just otherwise really poor. Approx $100 for 'large' flowers' and $25 delivery. Could never recommend.

I received a LVLY delivery from my mum when I got a promotion at work and she was so excited for me to receive the flowers and it was such a lovely surprise. At the moment I am living abroad and missed her birthday for the first time in my life but I was able to order her a LVLY package the day before and surprise her. The packaging is beautiful, you open it up and it’s such a wonderful surprise. Even from the other side of the world I was able to get my mum something beautiful and meaningful. Couldn’t recommend more!

Living interstate with my friends and family in Melbourne, I can’t always be there for the sad and good times. But I can always rely on LVLY to send gifts to them so they know I’m thinking of them. The same day delivery, delivery tracking and variety of gift options make LVLY unique from other delivery services. Highly recommend this service.

Amazing customer experience, lovely flowers and jars, constantly innovating with new gifts, seamless ordering and delivery every time. But my most favourite experience will always be that one email that went out near Mothers' Day to acknowledge that it might be a difficult and triggering time for some people and gave me the option to opt out of receiving Mothers-Day-related emails. <3 Just that level of care and concern was unmatched for me. Received a package from Lvyl from friends for my birthday. Open it to find the small vase wrap in 1 piece of tissue paper and smashed.We asked for another to be sent to replace it.. 2nd parcel arrives. The small vase is now wrapped in 2 layers if tissue paper and smashed to even more pieces.Wouldn't recommend, obviously no care involved in packing just them keen to take your money.

I have only used your company every time since I discovered you guys! It’s boutique, fun and so pretty! The add ons are just the best touch too! Most people ask me where I found this company!
