Made a booking with these guys on the website. I didn't read the terms & conditions stating they weren't taking bookings for my area even though i agreed I did....dont i feel abit silly lol! Rather than cancel on me they're went out of their way to organise a tanner to drive from Melbourne for my tan. I was heading to the city anyway the next day and rescheduled with them but I was appreciative of their customer service and dedication none the less! And the tan ended up great!

My appointment was cancelled 4 hours prior to appointment time via text message. I called land line number and mobile to talk to someone and never received a call back. Disgusting customer service. I understand that staff problems occur but to text a client a cancellation is just bad business. I will never use this company again.
