Never have I seen more errors in an order than I did yesterday, with our order. Mine - grilled chicken burger, which tasted like a piece of dried rubber asked for no cheese, with bacon - received cheese (can't eat but had to as was through EVERYTHING) and no bacon. Husband ordered a triple burger deluxe. - received medium size burger with one patty, lettuce and tomato. Received these miniature burgers and extra nuggets which were not on our order and which no one wanted. I took them home to our dog 1 Want me to continue ? Why bother, it was just a total mess ! Who knows how much money we wasted ! It cost about $62.00 with a 20% discount.

Disgusting! We stopped here on our way back from melbourne and the place was the pits. The toilets were all overflowing and the dining room hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The queue to order food was well over 15min and the staff clearly had no idea and lacked and supervision or management. I’m going to maccas

Walked in yesterday, noticed it looked dingy and dirty.Went to toilet before ordering.....have never been so disgusted. The old dried feaces every where ( including the door) made me very wary. Youre a food premises, you know you have to clean right?We go up to order and there is a young woman counting coins from her till. She gives us a dirty look and the other team member pretends to not see us.We give up at this point and go to the service station.This is no way to run a business.

Supposed to be open to dine in till 8 pm but the doors were shut before 7:30, can’t drive thru cause we have a caravan. We weren’t the only people trying to get a meal. Was standing at the door but was completely ignored by staff, husband had to call then and was told to walk through the drive thru. Now we know how they operate we won’t be back.

Food was good but the staff seemed more interested in talking and not cleaning tables and service . With extended family with me they were not impressed with cleaning their own tables .

Chips were perfect with plentiful salt. Burger was nice with that uniquely Hungry Jacks taste. However I took 1 star off for the very lacklustre employee who served us. She seemed rather slow and didn't recheck our order with us or anything. However, it may just be bad Hungry Jack's training. Either way it was annoying as I had to double check the order with her.

Coffee tastes like the machine was packed yesterday morning and they just kept running coffee through the same grounds over and over again. I do not understand how you make coffee that bad. Always slow and dirty.

Walking through rubbish outside nearly ankle deep should have warned me. Asked for tropical chicken burger, got chicken and soggy strip or two of lettuce. Didn’t open my order until after I left premises and drove away. Ripped off, disgusting dry chicken too. Grrrr!

Go there some mornings when I don’t have time for breakfast and some times after work and never once have I not waited 20 mins in the drive through for basic things or my food was almost freezing by the time I got it or just completely the wrong thing won’t ever go back again
