I place an order this morning before 10am WST and it has already been delivered! That's only 2 hours later! The hamper also looks exactly like the picture! so so Happy! Will be using again!

I will NOT be USING BOXT ever again actually I'm sorry I even ordered from them,not once but 3 times they have stuffed and gotten my order wrong I mean how hard is it-im sure they have a picking list for an order yet they sent me the wrong stuff,when somebody Pays upwards of $170 dollars I'd expect my order to be spot on but clearly this is not the case with this company,I will not reccomend this company to anybody let alone family and friends ! And it was for my wifes 50th Birthday too one very unhappy Non returning customer.

Nick & I have been using Boxt for a while now, the staff were very helpful as they didn't have exactly what I wanted so they went above and beyond to help me create a corporate gift.They had stickers printed with our Company Logo and the gifts are beautifully presentedThey deliver promptly and their products are amazing, we always get our gifts from them now.Thanks again ladies for all your help.Jo from Thought Leaders Real Estate :)

We ordered a custom hamper for a staff member. The choices were amazing and the delivery was next day. An item was unavailable so the staff replaced it with a similar item AND refunded the amount. 10/10 highly recommend.

Selected Thursday for a bereavement gift, went with this company as I could actually select a specific delivery date on their website. Package didn't arrive till Monday. Given the circumstances, this is a package that needed to arrive ASAP instead of 4 days late. No contact from BOXT to advise of delay. When I emailed them to provide feedback, they said they would touch base with a manager and get back to me. Surprise surprise. I never heard from them again.

Don't use. Didn't deliver, but stating they did deliver. Contradiction in delivery information they gave me, but still not received at recipient's address. Will not use again.
