Would not recommend anyone to rent through this agency.Had nothing but issues since the day I signed the lease, further issues when I moved out.If you do decide to rent through them, be thorough with your entry condition report so you don’t get stitched up on the exit report.If I could give 0 stars I would.

Landlords beware. They managed our property and It was bad. Routine inspections were missed, several times I would ring only to find I had a new property manager, we had to chase up maintenance. Work was done that we didn’t authorised. We had to alert them to things missed on the entry and exit reports. Gave me recommendations to let a tenant go onto a periodic lease, we said no and insisted he signed a lease. Which is lucky we did as the person lost their jobs several months later and just handed the keys in and left. because we had a signed lease we could claim insurance if we had listen to them insurance would not have paid. Added post script - Given your reply I would challenge your final statement and encourage you to share the so called paper trail justifying your statement. If you do not wish to do this please remove the reply as I am happyTo verify it is inaccurate.

Mario sold our home for us, and has managed our rental property for the past 3 years.His team are easy to deal with and we would highly recommend to anyone looking for a property manager or agent to sell your home.

I would not let them manage my dog house. There manager has no skills at all no empathy for Tennant's. Don't rent from them don't do anything with them.

I would highly recommend this agency to both landlords and tenants. The staff are efficient and go above and beyond to assist with any concerns regarding the properties. As they are a small office I really feel the personal touch from both property managers and other staff.

Rented house through them at start was really good then owe manager that was looking after us left and we never got told. Then had a house inspection within 2 months and on owe lease agreement its every 3 months .Got told owner was selling so we had to move out. Within 2 weeks house back up for rent. Not only that I had to ask in email to get exit report. And the things on exit report are wear and tear of property. Trying to take owe bond for wats on the exit report but yet I had to ask if i could go back and clean and gave me not even a day . But yet house is already up for rent and ppl have already been through place.I'm sick of real estate ripping ppl off and I'm gonna stand up and fit this real estate
