My experience at Gregory was more than great. Nat’s knowledge of watches and jewellery is exceptional, I learnt a lot about brands, styles and gained a lot of knowledge about watches thanks to her. I have been an active collector of watches and that’s to her my passion for it has become even more. I purchased a really nice watch with her support which was a lovely experience, she helped me try on over 10 watches to find the perfect one providing me with the most perfect customer experience to find a watch unique to my own style and needs. There is a few more watches than I need to definitely go back to next month to purchase which I will in due time thanks to Nat’s support. For the record the team at Penrith is also great!
