Terri is an incredible teacher with eons of experience and a knack for knowing how to bring out the best in a student's skills and soul. She's adaptable and warm and my kids adore music almost entirely because Terri shares her heart and passion with them so openly. My kids do voice, piano, harp, and ukulele between the two of them and it's always a joyful experience.

I’m here for my review of Salty Note and I’m determined to not make it sound like a love letter!!When I was a kid doing piano lessons from age 6, my teachers pushed me through all the basic kids songs, then all the stupid scales and finally the classics written in an era that made great classical music but didn’t really resonate with a kid in the 90’s who listened to Nirvana. My daughter has been with Terri for a few months now and not only has she learnt to read music and play music and be EXCITED to go to a lesson to find out her next song to conquer, she is now SO EXCITED to WRITE her own songs it’s culminating in the happiest, most amazingly trained nearly 7 year old piano player and I am ridiculously jealous that she has been able to go to Terri for what I would consider, simply the best methods of teaching and that’s because it’s with the best possible teacher one could find for music in Mandurah (ask her about her waitlist!)I still hate that I had to spend years practicing scales on Piano and learning Hungarian folk songs on Violin. It makes me wonder where my musical life would have taken ME if I had a teacher like Terri. Forever grateful we found you. Forever grateful for you guiding the musical light inside my daughter. You truly are loved by us.
