My daughter is unwell, and testing negative with RATs. She had a PCR on Friday at the Regional Hospital, which came back negative. I got a referral from her GP at Midwest Aero Medical yesterday, and my father took her in to their pathology this morning for an influenza test. They turned her away and sent her to the Regional, because she had Covid symptoms, even though she had negative results in the past couple of days (including PCR).

Went there today to drop of samples and what do I see a notices saying closed on Monday 25 and Tuesday 26 January. I been told to drop my sample of on Monday 25 and to be slap in the face with this notice they're closed, is not on, not going back any more.

Personnel did not adhere to numbered system letting in a queue jumper. Waited for 1.5 hours. Only one person on duty. No explanation provided by personnel.
