Friendly staff but disappointed with our Crown Mattress (retail $8000) Mattress is larger (186cm) than our bed base (182cm) and uncomfortable. Forty winks advised from Crown that mattress is within specification and not prepared to fix. All good until you need to make a claim!!, very disappointing.

All the staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. Got an amazing deal with the managers.The only annoying thing was the display beds are too close and that made it easy for my 5 year old daughter to jump on the whole time!

I bought a mattress and a bed frame at this store and everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. Diane was particularly lovely. I will definitely shop here again and I'd recommend it to anybody.

I just had my amazing bedroom suite delivered and installed. Forty winks you guys are fab and the delivery men were honestly worth their weight in gold they really struggled to get my huge 4 poster bed in my home however they never gave up even after saying to me they didnt think it would fit under my arch ways.You guys rock once again a massive thank you :)Highly recommend you guys to everyone wanted beautiful new furniture delivered and installed.

We have bought all of our beds over the last 8 to 10 years at Forty Winks Maitland. The staff are absolutely the most helpful, lovely staff I have ever come across. Recently, I dealt with Casey who bent over backwards to help me with ordering with Covid, keeping me informed, helping it be as painless as possible with signing documents and keeping COVID safe. Even when I forgot to leave money for the delivery driver, he was so kind and helpful. If you are ever making a big investment like a mattress or bed, and you want the very best you need to go here. Not to mention the mattresses and beds we've purchased have only been replaced due to the kids growing too big for their king single. I would never go anywhere else.

I can't express how glad I am that I visited this store (on the phone firstly). Ryan advised which product I would need and gave an excellent price. (It was a memory foam mattress topper). It has changed my life. I now average at least 7 hours sleep nightly instead of of 3 to 4. Having tried several suppliers locally I was very pleased to get help especially in these troubled times...I can only pass this on if you need any assistance with bedding....Sleep is so important in your life....

QFF members don't waste your time at this place if your hoping to get points they take your qff number then never give you any points. They also exaggerate the quality of their product in comparison to competitors like Harvey Norman, Domayne etc..

Poor service, bought a bed with two side tables and a tall boy from them. Tall boy not available immediately, and was promised to come within 2-4 weeks. It ended up coming after over three months. Manager Scott had no apologies to offer, and sounded stubborn and careless about the delays

Pathetic customer service , their electric beds dont function how they are supposed to and then when you try to get a refund they make up a bunch of excuses as to why its not functioning the right way and blame it on the customer , they dont notify you of the faults beforehand nor do they notify you of the return policy at time of purchase either so now im stuck with a $4000 bed that does not function how it is suppose to and also matress protectors that dont protect the matress at all. They are rude , every time you try to contact them there is always one of the workers out on holiday and they make you contact them over a countless amount of times before they end up telling you that your not being refunded anyways so they are just wasting your time and scamming you out of your money.
