Annette's classes are designed for your personal requirements, she is well versed in movement and nutrition always smiling and upbeat. I really enjoy my EMS class with Annette and would highly recommend!

I have been seeing Annette for a few months now , and highly recommend her and her studio. I find it very hard to be motivated,but after finding Annette that has certainly changed ,she makes working out fun and encourages me every step of the way . I am feeling the fittest I have felt in years and loving my sessions with a very knowledgeable trainer in many areas of fitness and nutrition.
