Good runner selection and overall great selection in all sport categories. Rebel don't sell, in my opinion, rubbish or low quality goods. Shop is clean. Service is great. Lifting weights are back on the shelves.

Quite busy on Saturday afternoon, but the staffs are really helpful and friendly.

Chelsea is your best brand ambassador. The most incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and kind person I’ve encountered in years … she solved my problem so professionally ..Promote her to store manager immediately… Ollie was also terrifically helpful with my original selection and fitting

Half staffs are so busy that they cannot serve customers, half staffs have nothing to do by walking around the store that they cannot serve customers. People at the checkout should be replaced by robots and self checkout services, because they just scan the barcode take payments, but taking extra longer time. If you have any questions, they either can't help you or they ask someone, the. Tell you they cannot help you. Massive waiting line when they had only 2 staffs at front counter on Saturday. 1 checkout lady is trying to figure out how to put through refund for a customer, the other one took a good 10mins to scan a massive 3 items and asking customer if he'd want to sign up be a member. If bigW, target, Kmart are using self checkouts, why not Rebel? Can't see the business is sustainable because I see huge turn off to customers.

Super friendly and helpful staff. It doesn't have the best signage, so finding it can be a little difficult. As it is at the very top by itself.Large and great range of products.

Excellent customer service from Mitchell and Violet today. Mitchell was quick to spot me at the gloves aisle and was helpful in figuring out the gloves with the best fit for me. Violet went above and beyond to find the perfect pair of shoes for me when the one on displays ran out of my size, and instead of coming out from the stock room empty-handed, she suggested an alternative that matches my preferred colour, required features and budget. She did not rush me through trying the shoes, gave helpful opinion and appeared to be genuinely enjoying her role.

Walked in at lunchtime, was immediately approached for assistance. Staff was very friendly and knew his way around the product I was seeking, locating it promptly.Be warned though, parking at lunch in the shopping centre was at a premium and took 20 minutes to find a spot. I was only in Rebel for 10 minutes.

I usually enjoy shopping at rebel sport. But this time I had the worst rude and unbelievable customer service here cannot compare to anywhere else!!!Had a middle aged manager lady served me with all lies and rudeness!!I cannot see why rebel sports want a manager like this.I bought something on full price before and they are now on sale just in 2 days . So I want get a price match, get a refund then buy them again(with all receipts and tags on). Then this lady saids she cannot do this. (Went for another staff for help later, and she helped me easily). Apparently this manager just want to be difficult with me. Then I want Oder a stuff online, because she says she doesn’t have any stock. This manager lady looked online, says they also don’t have any stock online as well , so she cannot do anything. I trusted her, but when I got home, I realize that’s wired, so I checked online and found out they actually got stock. And So that manager lady is just pretending checking and lie to me and refuse to do a order for me for no reason!!Isn’t that ridiculous?!!And what more rude is, when I want to order another things online from the other staff to my parcel locker, this manager lady interrupted with an extremely rude attitude says “no we cannot do that !!” But before I got things shipped to my parcel locker serval times. So she just lied again!!!This is a very angry and sad shopping experiences. Feel really down about rebel sports. What’s wrong with your staff and what’s wrong with your customer service ? !! A rude lying manager cannot even treat a customer with the simplest respect.
