Charged a premium price for printed enamel cups , I believe $14 a piece smaller order ( 25 sets ) Was told my artwork needed to be vectored ( additional $30 )Received cups , all 25 have terrible markings through the writing and can’t sell them as is .Before writing this I’ve tried to contact the owner via email and text and it would appear his phone has grown legs and walked off.Pretty useless of an Australian company to act this way , this is the type of behaviour you’d expect from an overseas company that just doesn’t care or need/want your business.Pull it together

Very unprofessional. We dropped off (very expensive) stainless cups for printing and emailed artwork, had no response to emails, no response to text messages, when calling we were told tomorrow, tomorrow and nothing again. No work was carried out for over 3 weeks. We ended up picking cups back up, waste of time. Now we find that one cup has one gone missing. Never again.
