The car park divides into two with 2 BBQ areas which are almost hidden from each other and not distinctly signposted as such... great for cosy family picnics but a was a bit confusing and members of our group waited separately not knowing others were there. :-)Lovely spot. Lots of nice easygoing well-marked nature-walk trails. Free gas bbq. No kids play areas so it's nice and peaceful and not full of screaming toddlers. Even a nice relaxing spot for dates, Scout groups, bushwalkers and like.Wildlife is exquisite so try to come thru winter and spring when the Blue Wren males are in full plumage and Ellis brook is running. Abundant areas of natural flora.Worth doing one of the Council run, guided rambles. Contact City of Gosnells for details, Ellis brook guides are very knowledgeable.

Great place for a walk. Can't believe this little creature was so game even though we had our dog with us

Beautiful little spot. Easy parking if a little hidden. Nice BBQ and picnic facilities with easy access to the car park. The walk trails in the reserve are mapped out aling with interprative signage but make sure you check the orientation of yourself to the map as some have confused the trailheads.Glorious in spring while the brook and falls are running, and still delightful in summer and autumn.

Good parking spot for a hiking trip, has public toilets nearby, and a few trailes with plenty of wildflowers and native animals! Very useful information board too.
