I stumbled on Goodyear Autocare Springwood several years ago and, due to their incredible customer service, upfront communication, value for money, and willingness to help me out (I have done a few silly things like put petrol in my diesel engine, and have a tendency to drive over sharp objects), I keep going back for my routine services and tyre care. Karen and John are lovely and trustworthy. I highly recommend their service.

Took both my cars into John at Goodyear Springwood recently and can not fault their work. Everyone involved was extremely helpful and everything was explained thoroughly before committing to any services. Very very good service and did not feel ripped off as a female. John found replacement tyres and wheels for my caravan when others just said they couldn’t help. He even came out to my place to ensure they would fit the van to save me bringing it down to then. Awesome service from start to finish.
