F45 has been the best thing for me.Love the area, love the people and love the training.The trainers there help guide you if you are stuck and encourage you to keep going. I’ve been doing F45 for almost 3 months now and I have seen a difference already in my body. It has motivated me to go five to six times a day and even training twice a day.Definitely recommend joining this amazing team

F45 becomes family. They have the tools and resources to help keep you accountable and committed to your goals. Trainers are genuinely interested in you reaching your fitness and health goals, atmosphere is amazing, it’s addictive attending, and becomes a lifestyle not just phase. They will take care of you first class. I always use to think it’s over priced before I knew anything about F45, but it wasn’t until I attended I totally understood. It’s one of the only gyms I’ve witnessed and seen for myself so many amazing transformations and goals achieved.

A nice place for a workout.I love the different workouts everyday.You just need to attend one session and you will fall in love with this place I’ve never been to any gym before. If I can do it, anyone can. Get up today, and challenge yourself. I love this place as all the instructors are so professional and helpful. They do provide one week of training for free. Try it and I bet you won’t regret it.

First class was great and definitely got a great workout! I liked that the trainer was dedicated to watching everyone's form and technique which you usually don't get in classes such as Bodypump at other gyms. Would recommend anyone who needs that motivation to work out to try F45

If you are a fitness buff then this is the place to be. Great place, friendly and welcoming people and amazing atmosphere. I have been made to feel welcome, comfortable and supported from the get go. And the training they provide and both challenging yet rewarding. They will modify your exercise as well to suit your health and fitness needs without judgements. Come and join the lovely crew. And all the members have been very supportive too.

Great place for a workout. The instructors are so approachable, friendly, and always stay to help you with posture/weights etc. Will definitely be back.
