I wandered in here a while ago and bought some strings for my dusty, 1970s classical Yamaha guitar. I took the ones the clerk recommended, after finally putting them on and for all that's good on this Earth, I'm so glad I did. This is the best the guitar has ever sounded. They are super easy to play, and gives everything a light, dreamy vibe. Thanks! Would recommend for your guitar needs.

Went here for guitar repair. I'm a beginner with a crappy guitar but still it's what I've got for now and I like to look after it. Prices seemed steep, though granted I'm a beginner and this may be usual. Staff seemed kind of dismissive which was kind of offputting. It didn't feel like a positive experience and I left without getting it fixed in favour of waiting a few months until I'm back in Perth and getting my usual guitar wizards to check it out. To be honest if they quoted the same expensive price I'd probably accept it. It was the vibe more than anything else that put me off that day.

Bought 1 ukelele and ordered another one for my son which at the time was told should be 3-4 days shipping time..3 weeks later have cancled the order. Was told its all the suppliers fault. If its not available then dont have it on your website in the first place. First one purchased and the advice at the time was excellent... am just realky disappointed with the lack of communication.

I emailed an enquiry about a product and nobody replied, so a few days later I called them with the enquiry and they said someone would call me back the next day, but nobody ever called me back. So then about 3 weeks later I emailed them again and once again nobody replied. Terrible service.

Friendly, Happy, and ready to help service. Buying a mid price upgrade ukulele for my son. Will happily go back for future strings etc.
