Take your money and still not fixed. Not the first time I've been ripped off by them. When I purchased the computer I stipulated it to have inbuilt wifi and I accepted the quote but on getting it home had a totally useless dongle and then had to pay for a built-in one over and above what I'd already been quoted and paid for. Screenshot of conversation availableAbsolutely irrelevant whether there are smokers here or not you took my money and didn't resolve the issue. Avoid!!! given 1 star rating as it wouldn't post with zero stars

So upset with the customer service would not and did not explain how to transfer the photos over from the different devices and i have all these weird things on my computer, i took it back she got quite snappy when i asked her to explain it to me or maybe write it down...nope$125 later.....never again
