Henley - Point Cook Display Homes
As a first home builder, we did a lot of research and visited a lot of display centres from various builders. Eris at Henley was the clear stand out for us, with her excellent communication and professionalism. She was a wealth of information and suggestions, and went above and beyond any other builder we had dealt with. We had actually already paid a deposit to go with another builder, but withdrew to switch to Henley. We are so glad that we did. We highly recommend Eris at Henley.

Henley - Point Cook Display Homes
Eris and Amy did our pre-sales for our knock down rebuild of the Electra. They were great in helping us understand the new journey of building a house. Was more than happy with all the different people we worked with through out the different stages, Ashley in head office was fantastic & our our site supervisor Brad did a stand out job. House is high quality, we haven't had a single issue since we moved in.

Eris Clements from the sales team at Henley Homes Point Cook has been great. Eris understood our needs and requirements and provided us with the appropriate advice when preparing our sales quote. Eris is well experienced, knowledgeable and makes the building process look simple and smooth. We are planning to build another home with Henley and with no doubt in our minds, will go with Eris. Processing is very very slow.If you need to reschedule an appointment (medical or any urgent reasons which no one cares once payment is made), next appointment is out by 60-90 days.. so we keep going.....During pre-sales, it was a complete different picture though. Didn't find any other competitors so responsive and accommodating. However once money locked, it is a complete different world.Not recommended ( if someone need to meet a timeline)

My partner and I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience with Henley Point Cook so far. Our Sales Consultant Amy Elliot has been a pleasure to deal with. Amy has given fantastic advise, been patient with all our requests, is down to earth and has always been easily contactable. Amy has made this experience of building our home, smooth and enjoyable. Fingers crossed the rest of our journey lives up to the high benchmark set by the Henley Point Cook team. We would have no qualms working with Amy again and highly recommend her to everyone.
