had an accident and needed to get my car back on the road ASAP David was amazing and sorted me out within 3 days having the parts replaced and fitted car was looking better than new! the quality and turnaround was terrific! Highly recommend.

The panel work quality was ok - communication shockingly poor and we got entangled with their employee taking money for services - and not delivering them.It all started out good - Someone ran into our car and did a number on the side. It is a high-quality German-made car, it cost me over $300k new, but it is a few years old and is one model away from the current new one. Jason Bunz came out with a rental car that day. The service felt high and quality.A few days later, Jason calls back to give a status update. In the call, he noted that the tyres were getting a bit worn - something that had been noticed in the service at Audi it had had the week before (60% worn), and he offered to get them sorted while it was in the shop - excellent I thought, saved me a trip. Jason came back with a price ($2000) about what I expected - Jason ask for me to pay him to get it done. A red light turns on ... but hey, he's the manager of the shop...I paid him - and he set the expectation the car will take a few more weeks.After a month slipped by, I followed him up - with a response of the car will be ready in two days - 'then tomorrow, sorry mate'.. we are waiting on a clip ... few more days. After a week and a bit, I decided to drop in and see what was going on.It turned out Jason did not work there - the car was parking in a lot out the back looking very dirty and dusty but was looking repaired, but no new tyres - I got introduce to 'Deli' - the new manager - The story of Jason bubble out when I ask about the tyres. Deli said they would sort it out - took a copy of the fund's transfer etc. He said, 'oh, we waiting on a clip' - then checked on the computer to find a clip had not been ordered. - it will take a day or two to come in ...after a few days, I called back - and got told to call the owner of the business, Paul. Paul washed his hand of the problems and just said in a 47-second call - call the Police - here is the badge number of someone...' Staggered by the response - I thought, well - why not .. oh, what an eye-opener that was. It would seem the Iceberg running done the side of the Titanic is about the size of an ice cube compared to the one that is running down the side of this business. The ATO is investigating, and folk are pursuing large sums of money ... even the rental cars loaned to customers were in the mix...The car was there for over two months ...and counting. I jumped on my insurance company to get the car out of there. I had the car back quickly.When I picked it up, it was just back from the car wash". It was cleanish -outside was ok

Very helpful with everything related to getting scratches on my car resprayed including dealing with insurance. Did an awesome job and car looks brand new. Originally went to Go Rapid who refused to help due to a separate scratch being on the same door but Collision Repair were great and resprayed the entire side. Highly Recommend.

Recently I had the drivers door of my E class repaired and repainted and the result was simply supurb. I was recommended to see Dean and the attention to detail together with the colour matching was even better that I thought possible. The quoted price was good and turnover time spot on. Great work !

I was the victim of a car collision. The guys at Collingwood collision repair took care of everything and I got my car back looking a million bucks. They arranged the car rental pick up and delivery. It couldn't have been easier. One ring and it was all done. The paint match looks perfect, I can't tell where the new paint starts and the old paint finishes. Cheers fellas.

Recently I have used their service as I had an accident, it took more than a month for me to get the car. However I got a parking fine while it was on repair. Im still struggling to get the money for that fine. They always tell me will pay tonight, but that tonight never comes. Very unprofessional. Dont go to this place.

Fantastic service the staff was very helpful and looked after my claim from start to finish didnt have to worry about a thing they even helped me out with my excess i got the car back and it was in pristine condition.would recommend to everyone

WORST SERVICE!!!! My father waited three months to get his van repaired from an accident. They don't answer calls or give updates on repair process. He received TWO parking fines which they didn't bother informing us about so we had to send nomination statements to Yarra city Council. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

What a great place to get my bumper fixed, they got me in for a quote, great price and quick turn around. Highly recommend.
