Airtime Air Conditioning

What can I say? It took over 3 months to get our air conditioner repaired under manufacturers warranty. Airtime were unprofessional and showed no initiative in procuring replacement parts, and provided no updates on when I could expect the unit to be fixed. Then after they received the parts, they arrived to do the work over 2 hours late.If you own an AC unit, save yourself the aggravation and avoid them.If you are a seller or distributor contracting out warranty service, this company is damaging your reputation and annoying your valued customers.UPDATE: I recently asked Airtime twice to service my AC units. Twice they responded by email saying they would contact me within a week, or later that day, to book an appointment. Twice they failed to follow up.These guys are not for real. They obviously do not want my business, and I do not want to give it to them. At least we agree on that!

Extremely happy with Air Time. Tim took time to understand our needs and had great suggestions. The team was thoroughly professional, very courteous and had an excellent work ethic. I would not hesitate to recommend Air Time and will use them again. Great service, great job, great price.

I have been waiting to get a warranty repair on a Mitsubishi Airconditioner for a circuit board replacement, it is going onto our fourth week which doesn't explain the poor follow up regarding customer service (there was none.) This is a shame because their installation was excellent. I was thinking about getting another one but have now changed my mind. What could have been a good word of mouth has now changed also.

Terrible service. Didnt show up for first quote. Got a call 1/2 hour after they were supposed to be there to reschedule. Next time they turned up 1 hour late. Told me they would get me the quote by the beginning of the following week. 2 weeks and 3 phone calls later and still no quote. Each time a fob off excuse. If we are planning on spending upwards of $15000 I expect better service than that.

Really happy with the whole process, they installed multiple AC's in one day. They also did a power box upgrade which so far seems to be work well, . They removed all rubbish and cleaned up well at the end. Showed me and my wife how to use the unit. Really professional quote and invoice process. Happy to recommend...

Really good service and nothing was too hard. Didn't any any issues with removing the old AC and install a new one.Would recommend for a professional AC install

Great service from start to finish - Tim was very responsive to my request providing a very detailed quote and options. Turned up on time and could not be happier with how neat and professional the installation was. Will get him back for more work.
