Chemist Warehouse Casuarina

I am totally disappointed with the service and the staff here . Very rude staff and racist. Doesn't help customers , just to verify the copy they asked me to come after 1 hour or go to GP or police, when I am already in store, ( checked with pharmacist there and also the few staff and behavior was horrible ) Think twice before you come to this store.

Good store, but the prescription area takes FOREVER! Especially when you're just getting cold and flu meds that don't even need a prescription.

Bad experience with customer service. They are excluding themselves away from Consumer Affairs legislation because they are in the NT.

Berrimah store is the worst, pharmacy staff are so rude as if people are not sick enough they make you stand and wait 10 minutes just to put script in then another 10 to get it back. They mixed up scripts and gave my granddaughter medication that was meant for me, imagine if her parents gave that to her thinking it was meant for her, they never answer their phones. I would drive 100 miles just so I don't use the Berrimah store again. Try smiling guys try to be nice is not hard to treat others the way you would like to be treated.

My lipstick tasted good. I ate it at the counter though and the lady serving me was worried for my health.

Helpful staff, completed shopping quickly. Definately cheaper than other pharmacies.

Sunday, 19th September (before 6pm)I was waiting to buy perfume and the worker in the area was helping another customer however, the customer idled for quite some time and despite staring at the worker and tapping my foot impatiently, she just stood there without a thought to come over and help me whilst she CLEARLY had the time. And by the time she came over, it was only because the customer felt bad for taking her time so she asked the worker to serve me. Even after grabbing the perfume, the worker just walked off with it, so I of course followed but little did I know she put it by the counter for checkout. How was I supposed to know when she spoke zero words to me? Customer service at its finest.

Although they are mostly a professional team, they drop the ball when stacking shelves.I have difficulty navigating to the prescription counter with my walker. At times I have had to push boxes aside.It may be convenient to stack shelves in all rows at the same time, but it would help customers if they kept one row clear.

Going to chemist warehouse from long time, never dealt with staff like casuarina. So rude, and no manners how to deal with customers.
