After seeing an ad for these guys in The Townsville Bulletin I decided to give them a go, as my experience with other local screen companies had left me feeling underwhelmed.So pleased I made the call. NQ Glass & Aluminium absolutely delivered.They were prompt. They showed up on time. Every team member I dealt with was professional and knew their stuff. They got the job done quickly and ahead of time, and I didn’t have to chase them for anything.Their security screens are great quality with 3 locking points. All installed with a minimum of disruption.I don’t give many 5 stars. But these guys deserve it. No problem recommending them.

One star for zero communication. Waited three months for a quote, and even with chasing them up a few times still no results. They should advise up front that they can't be bothered with new customers to avoid waiting around.

Excellent customer service, had everything i needed for the job

I contacted NQ Glass and Aluminum Fitouts after purchasing a property that didn't have complete security screen coverage. I had them quote for two separate works thinking that it would be too expensive to have done at the same time. It turns out the quotes were cheaper than expected. As a result, I 've been able to have SecureView (Similar to Cimsafe) installed on some windows (that face towards the pool) and standard diamond grills onto other windows at the propety. The security screens were fabricated to suit my property's existing windows. They also removed the existing fly-screens and disposed of them and re-screened some security doors.Thank you for the quick turn around from quote, to build and installation. All-up it took about two weeks to have the work quoted and then installed - Other companies I had call I had to wait 4-weeks for a quote from - Others didn't even get back to me after coming out to quote.Thank you,

We recently had an issue with our first investment house and after ringing a few other companies I couldn’t be happier with NQ Glass and Aluminium.Job was quoted the next day and completed before other companies could even give me an appointment to quote! Communication was excellent, which as owners not in town is greatly appreciated.

I had 2 shower screens made and installed in only 10 days as I was rushing to put the property up for rent.I received a quote from other companies who were offering a slightly cheaper price, but I was looking at 3 to 5 weeks for the screens to be made and installed.Andrew came in for measurements and quote and Robert looked after the installation.Very professional and clean service and I would highly recommend them
