What an amazing find. Amazing food and amazing service. Booked quite late so only seating available was at the bar which we were initially a bit concerned about but that turned out to be the best seating in the house as we got recommendations about the cocktails and food from the host whose name we didn’t get. She was amazing as were all the staff keeping us topped up with cocktails and entertainment! Well worth the trip.

No where I'd rather be on a Ballarat wintery day then Panchos.So cosy, feels like you are on holidays overseas, staff are brilliant, food is delicious, cocktails spot on. Just love it! ❤️

Their food was phenomenal! My partner and I had tacos , chilli corn, Arepa and both the desserts. Each and every thing we had at the restaurant was astonishing. NEVER AGAIN WILL I SAY VICTORIA DOSENT HAVE A GOOD SOUTH AMERICAN RESTAURANT.

An absolute gem!From the moment I walked in everything about Pancho made me smile. The salsa music, the hum of diners, the friendly staff, and most of all the fantastic food and cocktails!The prices were very reasonable, bordering on cheap given how generous the servings are and how delicious everything was.

¡Bravo!We ventured into Pancho while walking around town for a quick bite. Our host warmly welcomed us into a couple of seats and ran us through the menu making a few very helpful suggestions when we couldn’t decide what to order.We ordered some tacos and empanadas accompanied with a cocktail each.The tacos were juicy and tasty with slight heat where it mattered.Latin music was well suited to the decor with the walls brimming with South American curios.The prices were definitely on the higher end of what we would generally expect from a restaurant of this style and calibre however we weren’t t disappointed with the experience.I would gladly recommend pancho to anyone keen for a some good food and great vibes.

We popped into Pancho on our first night in Ballarat, from the moment we stepped foot inside the staff were so lovely, super friendly and attentive. They were also able to recommend products based on our taste buds and preferences and what we ended up choosing was fantastic, the food was super fresh and very tasty. If we were to come back to Ballarat, Pancho would definitely be on our list to come back to.

Super friendly staff, great atmosphere, and simply incredible food. The cocktails are great too and the way the food is prepared and served makes it perfect for sharing. Be sure to bring a friend or a date!As an American expat this place serves the best Latin food I've found and I love when we have an excuse to get out of Melbourne and come down here.Be sure to book ahead; I've never seen the restaurant fail to be full, especially on weekends.
