Used to a good experience but today was unforgivable.30-45 minute wait"Sit around waiting for 2 hours watching people check in and get cut

The price is good for what you get. I had a style cut which I liked. Well worth the extra for wash and scalp massage.Only downpoint I always get upsold products at $20 a pop.

Great hairdressers. Do exactly what you want. Terrific atmosphere. Have been using them for years and will never change

Today was a waste of my time. I waited for just short of an hour at Just Cuts Capalaba. The issue was not that I had to wait, but that two people who signed in after me got called up before me. When I enquired after the second person was called up, the team acknowledged the error and confirmed that I was supposed to have been called up before that person. I was then told to wait and I would be next (another 30+ min) Worst of all is that the person they called up before had not even started having their hair cut, so I beg the question, why was this not rectified immediately. Oh well, I was a frequent customer, but will not be using the services of this salon again.

They gave my teenage daughter a bob cut instead of a wolf cut like she asked for and she even showed them a photo of the wolf style she want. What’s worse is they argued and denied it was their mistake, they didn’t apologise or offer to try and correct it. I’m shocked considering the name of he salon is “Just Cuts”. I’m just lucky another Salon nearby corrected their mistake within an hour.

Love my haircut, just the way I described it. No appointment needed, and the wait time is quite fast given the salon is full house.
