I use David Ismaiel (The final touch groupe ) at Horton Park to make some cabinets for my daughter he delivered 1/2 of the jobs and nerve completed the rest of the jobs promised weeks after weeks find any kind of excuses but never finished the rest of the jobs he is a sick man a big liar even use his personal problem ask more money from use he have no shame no dignity.Don’t trust this guy .

The final result was really amazing. David and his contractors were always very friendly, accommodating and helpful. I would greatly recommend them.

Contacted David Ishmael and gave me a quote for my kitchen renovation. Handed over my kitchen renovation and David made a mess out of it. From the day one David wanted money irrespective of paying him due advances as indicated. When drillling concrete floor, David made a big mess inside the whole house as dust spreaded out all over house.Did not complete any task within deadlines he promised.David promised to deliver a wall cabinet from Jan 2022 and never deliverd anything. Every time David lied over the phone to me and never to trust this man ever again!DAVID IS A PATHELOGICAL LIAR! He has no shame of it!David is very untrusworthy, unreliable and promised things but never delivered. Please all Buyers /Hirers beware of this business.

Terrible experience, mistake of trusting someone with amazing reviews. We have hired them in February via oneflare for our kitchen and laundry renovation. Work started during March 1st week and was progressing really well so we blindly trusted this guy and his workmanship and by end of March paid him almost 90%. The work pretty much stopped afterwards. This is now the 1st week of June and so far only 40% of work is done and our kitchen and Laundry is yet to be installed and so is the stone top. David creates new excuses every day and we are a young family living without a kitchen and laundry for more than 3 months now.

I was recommended by a friend who had their 2 bedroom unit completely renovated by this company. I took their recommendation as saw the before and after of their unit. I had a 1 bedroom to renovate in a short time. I was so surprised at how smoothly the process was. They knew the strata rules and I never had a complaint from neighbours. They kept me informed at all stages without me having to call. The finished unit I could not fault. I would definitely use this company again and have no hesitation in recommending them. I engaged them to replace my kitchen and renovate my laundry as well as few other jobs in April 2021 because of their amazing online reviews. Initially it appeared work was progressing well.They removed my kitchen and luckily have not yet removed my laundry.David kept begging for extra money even though he had 3/4 of the payments already but had only completed a third of the work. I paid him, because he was persistent, emailing, SMSing constantly day and night and saying he could not complete the work without a little more money. I paid him an additional portion and it is now mid July and I am still without a kitchen and laundry is untouched but he is still begging for more money and has now refused to do any further work.Do not trust this company.

Keep records of all payments & demand invoices everytime.Trades also beware if he hires you. I had 2 call me asking why I hadn't paid David, sent through proof I'd paid him. Those businesses thankfully knew the process on how to collect their $$$ from him.He always has a sob story of why he needs an advance before next stage. Don't fall for it.I had to end up hiring someone else for sorta finish the 'FINAL TOUCH' on the $60k+ I already paid.

David was most professional in the service.I am very happy with the workmanship of my new kitchen.David coordinated the whole progress very well.woy l d
