The consultant at Market Square, Alice, who I dealt with was exceptional: professional, friendly, patient, explains everything and honest. She helped me saved hundreds per quarter so my electricity bill ends up only paying less than $50. The panels and inverters installed were excellent brands instead of cheap ones and the final system package came to a great price. After a year of installation my estimate of return on investment was less than 3 years. I’ve returned to have another system installed on my rental property.

really bad company, I did the installation at Dec 2017. I had no idea and didn't do the research of this company. 5.5kw $5500 at 2017. last week the inventer was down. And I found out the their number can't be connected. So I found other two very good Chinese company to check my system. What they found are the same: My solar invertor is the worst brand, and the solar system only use one phase goes into the electric system of my house. My house has 3 phases from grid, which means my hot water heater can't be covered by the solar panel system, and only one phase covered. I don't know what the appliances covered by this one phase solar inventor. And this kind of installation has risks.This means very poor installation...But save money for the company. They didn't tell me what they were doing, and they played tricks, they try to change the brand of my panels into cheaper ones but I found it. They are just a fake company which hire other solar company to do the job. They know nothing. I have been cheated for 5 years, and the price was too much high even compared to this year.Come on, Chinese, most of us are good people. I feel shame on you, our face is totally lost by you such a poor guy.Please trust us, the Chinese mainland people, new migrant generations are very good people.I just wonder where I can sue them and get some refund.
