Ridiculous prices for day care photos. You’re only allowed to pick one photo option for the package, my child has 90 photos taken so it was difficult to pick one.

Very pricey and low quality photos,we got a blurry & back focused photo. We asked to replace the photo and they replaced it with even worse photo. Then when we asked for a refund but were insulted that we don't know how to edit photos, we are not professional like them and insisted that their photos are good. Is that how you treat your clients? Such a disgusting company, we spoke to the childcare head to complain about them and we found out that we are not the only parent who is not happy with their service. I wish can give this review zero star!

Came to our daycare for photoshoot, offered different packages (very hugh prices) to parents than what was advertised to centre initially. They also lost the class photo that has my child in it, after sending them email feedback, instead of addressing them they simply removed all my child's photos online for viewing. Honestly, I wouldn't have written a review if they didn't respond this way to my feedback.

Jess came to our childcare and his photos were absolutely gorgeous. He placed a professional studio at the centre and shoot really professional photos and he gave all from himself to make sure that everyone had beautiful ones. He also offered to the families to come and take photos with their kids. There were not the typical school photos close to the garden or around the outdoor area, these ones were studio photos and this comes with a price. However, I really believe that this kind of photos deserve to have them once in life as they are unique!It was really cool to have Jess at our centre.

It's not possible to give zero stars. My order was taken, payment was made - the digital prints were delivered. the hard copy prints were not and they closed for christmas without updating customers. Zess overcharge and steal clients monies. Avoid at all costs.
