Terrible service, was promised delivery on a specific date yet didn’t receive my goods till after I expected and had jobs booked and lost out on payment of my own. Wouldn’t recommend

Just as so many others have said, absolutely horrendous customer service if something goes wrong.Seemed much more interested in getting defensive and shutting me up as fast as possible, Rather then helping me track down why I am missing hundred of dollars.Even though both Commonwealth Bank and AusPost have directed me back to Melbourne Mainfreight as the source of error.I've never been grunted at, or talked overtop of more, then I have while on the phone to this business.

The positive - I was able to pick my stuff up. However the counter service was slow and poor and the forklift driver probably should practice some more with his own belongings.

Terrible operators have lost my package for two weeks cant even tell me which factory they have it at. I understand it’s during covid but 2 weeks complete joke.
