Not sure if this company is real - no one answers the phone or returns phone calls...? Seems to be a common issue with this business.

I have just noticed your response to my rating and noticed others have felt the same. Given your comments to them I am going to expand on my experience so you know I am an entity and not just pushing a bad rating for some sinister reason.The taxi was nearly 30 minutes late even though I had stressed the pick up time was important- I was hosting a function. The car was old and pretty grubby, fine, stunk of what I thought was stale tobacco, could be wrong but what ever it was offended me. On the way home the pick up time was fine but she side swiped two cars in the street and knocked off one mirror. yes, I had been drinking which is why I called a taxi to help but went around the corner the next morning to find that I didn't imagine it at all. I left my number on the car and no one called. So that, in a nut shell is why I gave you that rating.

Is this site a trick. No responses awnsers once never turns up.
