Beautiful clean place. Everything u could need. Close to everything. Lovely winery walking distance across the road. Greenway wines

The place is 3 star overall but I gave it two as the listing is not honest.The furniture is all very old, mismatched, saggy and dirty. Looks like the house was furnished at a salves store. You couldn't find two peices of cutlery with matching handles or anything useful in the kitchen.The TV was from the 90's and useless.There water pressure is extremely low and other than rinse you couldn't use it for an actual shower or wash.The place could definitely use an all round renovation by a professional as many things are falling apart.

Rosamund house has beautiful views and overall set up is very relaxing and peaceful. The house itself however (apart from the veranda) was quite disappointing. Advertised description of a fully renovated luxury home" might've been accurate 20 years ago. Now the house looks very tired and in urgent need of TLC. Not very clean either

Saving grace were the kangaroos to watch. Kitchen didnt even have salt and pepper. My sis had ant invasion in her house. Bathroom door in master wouldn't stay closed.

An amazing place. The view and the surrounding property is magnificent. Two houses, self contained on the same Property make it ideal for large groups if needed. Very comfortable residence with everything you need. We will be back.

We stayed for 2 days and it was really nice experience with all the facilities given . Clean comfy and kitchen had all the utensils required for the cooking. Good place for upto 10-12 people. There is no near by grocery store so pack everything before you reach.
