Terrible experience with these people. Ordered online an item they said they had in stock, then they said it was out of stock and would ship in 7 days. 1 month and 8 emails later still no product or any communication from them whatsoever. Had to threaten to report them to ACCC and SA Consumer Services to get a refund after waiting 30 days with no response to my emails. My advice, go somewhere else if you are shopping online.

Fantastic service and experience at Dennis White. Excellent customer service from Darren and advice from both him and Dennis. I bought the Rega P1 turntable as a cost effective upgrade. Darren listened to my needs and recommended the Rega. He could’ve pushed a more expensive option to me, but he didn’t. His advice was sound and a great example of addressing the customer’s needs. Very happy with the product. Thanks Dennis White A2V. I would happily shop there again.

The experience started very well with the elderly gentleman but as I was looking around the cable section of shop the younger sales man was not so nice just because I had my phone with me. I was going to buy a Yamaha receiver and a pair of Krix speaker after my second visit. Treated like a shoplifter I have now decided to look else where. Very disappointing to be treated in this manner.

Worst customer experience everUnfortunately couldn’t grab the store assistant’s name however they were very reluctant to make a sale and being really unfriendly too …especially when asked to demonstrate a pair of speakers they said it’s heavy to lift and set them up lolif I were you I’d go elsewhere to shop for audio products … poor service all around !

Loved the whole experience. Essentially the only shop that could give me what I wanted and easily answered the questions I had. The shop itself is amazing, full of great quality audio equipment. Will revisit soon.

Not typically one to write reviews but...Had a great experience at Dennis White A2V today. I went in for a record player, not even knowing exactly what I wanted, and I was helped through the whole process.After purchase, they even set it all up and calibrated the weights for me.Overall, really friendly guys who know their stuff, and the prices are really good too.

Absolutely amazing service from Dennis himself. He is extremely knowledgeable and has experience in this industry and a passion for Hi Fi.We were very happy with our purchases

Bought an amp, speakers and CD player from Denis and Rob. I read reviews about buying equipment cheaper elsewhere, those people are missing the point. You buy more than equipment from Denis White, you buy an experience and an impeccable knowledge of everything audio. I walked away with a smile on my face, some stories, audio equipment which came in under my budget because I was recommended that some items weren’t necessary, which all equates to a terrific customer experience. You need audio gear, go to this shop.

PLEASE BE WARNED!! So apparently Denis himself “sold the business” and is “long retired” now if he actually has nothing to do with this business anymore and this isn’t him using parent companies and whatever other schemes this thieving old man can come up with maybe it’s worth giving the new owners a try but I warn you if Denis is any part of it prepare to be abused and robbed.The sales team are just that a sales team you will be told lie after lie until they get their payment then in about 2 years when your system blows up they will not help in the slightestLong story short my son visited them many times as a young teenager saving all his cents over YEARS he was able to purchase a home theatre system, within the first year it was blown up, fortunately after 8 months of back and forth calls and no help from Denis (I had to source repairs privately) I was able to have it replaced, another 2 years of use but only for specially occasions (out of failure fear) later it’s blown again this time everything is out of warranty so repair costs are more then doubled and some parts “don’t even get made anymore” yet we were told it was all new models equipment.3 years we’ve say here with holes in our ceiling and walls but no home theatre system that works.10,000 was stolen from a young man for a system that lay dormant for 8plus years now with 3 years of total use in between nearly every item other then one speaker needing repair or replacement.Update: been at repair centre for over a year I’ve now tried to chase it up let’s see if we can finally have a working system, not holding my breathe and seeking legal options now as Denis also made highly illegal actions regarding my son and Harvey Norman also, being a legal investigation now though I cannot go into further detail of that case currentlyJust be warned if spending money at this establishment and do not let anyone under the age of 20 even be left alone around Denis
