Absolutly a rip off! Yes, it was a Saturday, and a shower of water was flowing over our roof and gutter, the guy arrived and said it would be $165 for only the call out, no investigation included, like we needed his presence and moral support! And $400 for investigating the problem, we accepted as we were desprate and thought he'd fix it on the spot. But he didn't even know how to access the roof and from afar dignosed (wrongly as it turned out later) the leak source, and did not fix it as he did not have the parts! We are so unhappy and furious as we finally found another plumber and paid again (far less) to fix the leak. Stay away from them!

Charged 30$ for a site visit and told me that i needed replacement system within 5 seconds. Did not measure water pressure or check gas line..quote gor replacement was 30% more expensive than competitors. Would not trust this business.

I used this plumber to clean one section of my storm water drain. It took around 15 to 20 minutes and I was charged $499.00. What a rip-off!When did plumbers start changing like they have a medical degree?

Highly recommend, fixed our burst pipe the same day we called! Will tell all my friends and family.

I saw this business on my fridge magnet. I gave it a go to use a new plumber instead of using my frequent plumber who was not able within a day to fix my problem.This guy turned up with a call out fee of $30 and quoted me to use high a pressure jet to unblock the pipe for $550 after discount (wow). He further dropped his fee to $450. I accepted because it was emergency and I thought Covid made everything more expensive. He did the job for 10 mins. After a couple of days, problem came back again. I called him to come to fix it again but wanted to charge me the same fee. I was disappointed and hang up. I called my frequent plumber again at a fee of $280. Problem was fixed... the pipe has drained nicely for weeks so far.Concluded poor quality and overcharge (preying on people need emergency service).

Not recommended at all.not professional. They initially asked $30 call out fee for toilet leak. Guy came to my place and wouldn’t even diagnose the leak properly. He advised that toilet need to be replaced. I fix the toilet by myself as there was no need to replace the whole unit. But they didn’t refund my $100.

We had a leak in one of our hand basins in our Ensuite.The drip doctor attended once and misdiagnosed the issue as a Replacement Trap needed. Supplied and installed for $250.When the leak persisted, they returned and said they needed to adjust the new Trap - which they did.When the leak persisted, they returned and said we needed a new Mixer.They returned and installed the new Mixer, supplied by us, at $280 less a $80 discount.So effectively we paid $450 to diagnose and then fit a Mixer that we supplied.We do have a new Trap too, even though that did not resolve the issue so we can safely assume was not needed.

Absolute rip off charged me about $1000 more than others. I didn’t know any better until my son told me and he tried to talk to them and they were extremely rude, refused to give my deposit back when I tried to cancel 2 hours after they did the quote.

Charged out of hours $165 but arrived well before 4pm. I am not complaining about that as it was an emergency and we got same day service. However charging over $500 for a part that is only about $160 is totally over the top. They were 15mins and billed over $700. Disgraceful.
