Ghader! I can't thank this lovely Lady enough.After the issue I had with the manager and how much he made me really angry and very upset. With Ghader excellent costumer service and great experience of how to manage and solve problem she end up making me happy to stay with Vodafone.Just wanna confirm that I've received an email asking for my feedback, unfortunately I was mad at that time so I didn't give a good one. And I am really sorry I didn't know that the deal or the plan I've signed for was under Ghader's name and the feedback will go under her name, that's made me feel bad. And would like to rate as a 5 stars!! As after her best that she did to help me solve the issue and her Amazing way of respecting my MOM! SHE DESERVE AN AMAZING FEEDBACK. THANK YOU!!

I think one star is more for their services they gave me phone bad quality as I'm new here I don't know which good brand in Australia they told me TCL is excellent,then after i used it for one and half month, Its system start switch off frequently and doesn't work the way new phone should being,i went there they told me it's not their business i should send it to repair centre,and they told me come after two weeks then they hold it for 2 months, whenever i go there they said it's not our responsibility i should contact Vodafone, Then they said will change my phone after it comes from service centre, after my phone comes, they said sorry we can't replace it, i called the manger he said will call me back and since then I'm waiting for my issue to solve.I totally disappointed of stuffs behaviours

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS PLACE !!! They will take your money & leave you in debt to Vodafone. THEY’VE BLACKLISTED MY NAME !! If that doesn’t tell you how dodgy they are, I don’t know what will. THE OWNER SAM, who always has excuses & beats around the bush is a dog & he will leave you in debt to Vodafone then won’t help you !! DONT SHOP HERE, SCAMMERS & THIEVES

Never buy the screen protector from this store. They have only the low quality items. After I installed the tempered glass protector from them the fingerprint no longer working properly on my s23 ultra. I asked for refund as I did not wanted to replace with another same low quality one, but they refused it and I had to get the screen protector removed by their staff without a refund.. WASTE OF MONEY ...

I've had an issue with fone solutions so I called them up the next day to raise my complaint but I would like to rate them again a 5 as they called me back the same hour and convinced me to come back to the store and I did. Loved their customer service. I have surely become a customer for life for them. I was served by Ghader and she was lovely ❤

The worst after sales service and give us fake information.Please no one buy anything from this shop I bought I phone from 7 months and they told me I have to pay $95 monthly and 7 months now the bill come $115 and $20'extra every month and I went many time to solve the problem and contacted the customer service by emails and many promises and nothing change and also no one reply to me now.If anyone want to see their emails with there promises contact me on [email protected] no one deal with this shop

The customer service was great, Caroline, Karan and Heba were super friendly and helped me set up my new phone. The store was very clean and organised.

My phone was not working properly and my plan was coming to an end; so needed a new plan and phone desperately as I need it for work and family. Went to this shop on Sunday 15th Aug. did a new plan with a new phone with them. They promised that they had plenty in stock (only black - which I had no choice but to agree with a black phone as I was desperate) andwas promised they will be delivered on Thursday 19th August. And now it's 25th August, my phone has not been delivered and the tracking time is 9th September. Very very disappointed as they over promise and under deliver! I am contemplating cancelling the whole deal and go with another provider altogether!
