NEVER buy a watch from this store. The store person Sakina" has the worst customer service skills that ive ever seen before. I brought a watch from here and the watch battery died 2 days after. Sakina wouldnt understand our situation and was very unpleasant in dealing with our issue. Worst experience."

Bought a white Juicy Coutour watch from this store which was discoloured after I wore it 3 times. Took it to the store and sales person Betty advised she needs to call her manager Alicia after asking me did u wear it with black clothes.... like umm where does it say you can't wear it with certain colours. She returns and advised her manager told ud to email her instead. Asked if we could speak to the manager, she said no you need to email. It's just so annoying, these guys are money hungry will not help if something goes wrong with your watch. Now looking at the reviews, I should have never purchased it from there. That store shouldn't exist. My partner said to her put yourself in my shoes, wouldn't you be upset. She was like yea but sorry can't do anything about it. Staff weren't helpful, plus when we were leaving seen them making faces.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.Quality of watches they sell is poor and not of the reputation of the brand you’re buying. The customer service (including their repairs - which takes 2 months each time) is also ridiculous & their warranty cover is complete BS.If you do send it in repairs, make sure you DOUBLE check and compare it against an original as they will give you an incorrect part. For me, they repaired my watch with the wrong crown that had come off.

If i had the opportunity to give this place 0 stars i would. Bought a Hugo boss watch which said on the tag $800, i bought it and searched up the watch on google and the prices for the Hugo boss watch was $350 from Hugo boss shop, this shop should be closed down permanently. DO NOT BUY THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Not a good experience, bought a watch which stopped working within in a year. When went to return at this store, customer service girl Sakina was totally unprofessional dealing with me as a customer. She was rude, acting very arrogant wasn't ready to take any feedback and was totally unaware of their own products. She even mentioned she is not a clock expert, not sure what she is doing at the clock store then? Upon checking on google she has quite a fame of bad response towards customers I am not sure how she is keeping up with her job all this time. Even the store manager seems to be lacking customer service skills. Strongly do not recommend anyone going to this store.

Love and enjoyed my shopping experience here . Tatiana was very accommodating and so pleasant to talk to . I would recommend this shop for those who is looking for nice watches with awesome deal .
