Go Vita Southport

Just called to ask a question regarding a product so I can send my husband down to pick it up as I am unwell and have medical issues I wanted to ask if the supplements were OK and I was rudely told by *joanne* that she didn't have time to answer my questions and she would only talk to me if I came down to the store (noted the store is 30 minutes away I wouldn't want to waste my time if I couldn't get any of the supplements I was calling to ask about)I don't usually go out of my way to post reviews but I've just moved here from Melbourne and I shopped at go vita all the time and always had such great customer support from the teams there (this is why I didn't mind paying a bit extra compared to online competitor stores) but this experience has put me right off and I am more than happy to now shop online with another company. I have never experienced such rudeness and disregard from a Business before.

No prices on products. Asked this guy to put his mask on while asking for a price. He said OK and ignored me. Asked again, he became angry and asked me to step back from the counter. I reported to the police.

some good items but what is wrong with the staff? No idea about customer service, nothing could crack a smile on some of their faces. Should have got the name of the lady I came across today. I spent over $100 in store and i had one small flimsy plastic bag in my hand from prior shopping (full of crystals, so it was about to break had to carry it) and she states after scanning all my items will all this stuff fit in that bag?". Is this customer service for real? She didn't even know her job when asked questions and seemed apathetic about everything. Staff need to be re-trained. If you want to feel doom & gloom

This shop has such an amazing variety of fantastic products, great prices & the customer service is extremely helpful knowledgeable &Honest. I’m so happy to have found these guys.. definitely a stand out from the rest.

Second time I have gone into the new shop in Australia Fair Southport and they have not only tried to charge me more than the listed price on the shelf but it was meant to be a 21% off day!! I was a big consumer of their products from the old store bc I used their excellent Naturopath. I will NOT be going back there.

Uninterested in serving customer (assuming it's the manager or owner). Literally was in the store looking for a few things and didn't once even acknowledge me. Goes to serve his mate straight away glances over at me and then continues to stand at the front of store one phone.

I have visited Go Vita shop in Southport in many occasions. Despite being only a small shop there is a wide variety of products. I normally buy hair colouring kits for sensitive scalp because I suffer from psoriasis.When I enter the shop I always feel welcome and greeted with ‘hello’. Whenever I need any help there is always someone who can provide advice.

The GoVita Southport store managers and staff are always helpful with any questions or health concerns you may have. I am very satisfied with the level of customer service I receive every time I shop there. Their newly renovated store is spacious, neat and modern-looking. They have a large selection of products, some unique to GoVita, and with some of the cheapest prices I've seen. I have been shopping at GoVita Southport since I moved to the Gold Coast in 2012 and will continue to shop there!
