Very nice, clean gym with modern equipment. Friendly staff. I did a dungeon class and it was great!

Loved the family owned business. Very personal! The gym itself has modern facilities, sauna and heated pool and its open 24/7. They run probaly 8 programs a day from yoga to spin class. Has dedicated area for more intense exercises called the dungeon". The Cafe has amazing coffee and super food. There is also a kids club

Definitely the best gym in the area! Good pricing, family friendly, super helpful staff and up to date renovated facilities. Tonnes of different classes and lots of equipment. Recommend this gym to anyone who needs a lot of variety in their training!

I enjoyed the gym, couldn't complain about the facilities. However when I cancelled my membership the wording of the contract/policy is designed to squeeze everylast penny out of you; despite being told I would be refunded the over payment, I was not. The staff acknowledged the policy was rubbish but either wouldn't or couldn't change the outcome. Not impressed.

Such a big, clean, well equipped gym with lots of space. The staff are very friendly and helpful. This was my first gym experience ever, and I used several cardio machines.I was very impressed with everything and the atmosphere was really good!I will definitely be going back!

Very disappointed with these people they closed down for months after the flood and when I wanted to cancel membership they still charged me for few weeks before cancellation of membership. Unethical and dodgy.

Unbelievable!!! All this month free Zumba? Wow!!! Im not sure about the other classes but it will be worth just to ask and try.I'm always having a good experience in there. It has a good welcoming reception, for me that's very important besides the services they provide but the only thing I'm going there for at the moment is ZUMBA!!! with Rosabella. She is a fantastic instructor. I'm always enjoy her classes. Let's do more Zumba everybody, is good for your ♥!!!
