They didn't have the item I was searching for but took my name and number. To my surprise they followed up with a call the next day to advise they would not be receiving stock in in time for my trip. With service like this I will definitely give them first try next time I have a need.

Virgin Airlines had damaged my bag and got a replacement. Lots of choices and ranges to choose from; Jess was amazing and patient, spend two hours in the store and got what I wanted and more! Eateries near by too!!

Staff are so nice and approachable. They are very helpful to us when it comes to the specific luggage and accessories we are looking for. The shop is easy to find since its along Gympie road.

Great customer service here. Guy that served us was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable on the products and prices. We had to park on the street as there is no parking. Side of the building has resurfacing in the process. A red car blocking back of building and another at the front parked facing the road along the shop. As I drove forward up the side, there was a dead end. I had to reverse out hoping no one would hit me on the way in. We were confused and didn't want to park on the Puma side near the gas and ice station at the time. Hope this helps.
