RIP Training
Highly recommend this gym as it is so much more than just a place to get fit. I have learnt so much and continue to each session. It is such an enjoyable place to be and such an incredible community. This place has done so much for my physical and mental well-being. The coaches are amazing and help me realise what I’m capable of even when I don’t see it. The gym itself is clean and equipment so tidy and organised. I look forward to every session and cant imagine my life without this place. Definitely worth the drive to get there!

RIP Training
I joined RIP training 8 months ago and it was the best decision I have made!Having no Crossfit experience before, I was concerned I would not be able to do the workouts and may feel out of place. But the coaches are so knowledgable and were able to tailer workouts for beginners (and injuries). I have also found the other members to be so welcoming, supportive and celebrate the progress of others, no matter what level they are at.RIP is more than a gym, it is a community and going there is the best part of my day!

RIP Training
I started at RIP in January this year and I have been absolutely loving it! The trainers are so knowledgeable, kind, patient and friendly, they make you feel at ease immediately! They make everything scalable so that you can match the movements to your experience and fitness levels, it’s great! RIP also has the most amazing members, there’s such a strong community vibe there! Everyone cheers everyone else on and it’s very encouraging, I feel so motivated and confident to try things that I normally wouldn’t have. My strength and fitness levels have increased very quickly, I’m very proud of my progress, I can’t wait to keep ripping in and I’m so happy to recommend RIP to anyone I can!

RIP has been the best training experience I’ve ever had. The trainers are kind and compassionate regarding your goals, injuries and fitness level. Each session I’ve attended has left me feeling more positive and excited to see what the next one brings! Highly recommend for anyone looking for more than just a gym experience. 5 gold stars ⭐️

I've really enjoyed training at RIP, it's a great community. Since moving up too cessnock I've made alot of friends through the gym, everyone is very welcoming and they help you get the best out of your training, from coaches to the people training alongside you, everyone brings you up.It's great that it caters for every skill level, all the basics are covered and everything can be scaled to suit skill and ability.I've found my own fitness has improved and my knowledge of different aspects of training has grown.I highly recommend RIP, whether it's for the group classes or one on one PT, it's a great place to start/continue your fitness journey.

I found RIP 2 years ago after a gym I’d been at was not confident in training someone whilst pregnant. Tom was very welcoming and taught me to trust my body. Both him and coach Taya (Taya being a mum of 3) helped me to modify exercises and workouts the way I needed to right up until 42 weeks! I continue to go to RIP because of the family environment they’ve created. You become friends with all the class regulars and can support the people you don’t see through the results app. Everyone at RIP is super supportive. They encourage you to keep going when you’re having a low day and give the loudest cheers when you get a PB!CrossFit gets a bad wrap for needing to be “super fit” to join but it’s the total opposite. The coaches work within your fitness level and all workouts can be modified for beginners or injuries. “The last to finish gets the loudest applause”

Best gym in town! I’ve been to many other local gyms and none show as much community spirit! Everyone is always so excited for everyone else’s pbs then their own. You can sign up never having done CrossFit before or if you have an injury there are scaling options for everything! Also super family friendly we even have kids classes! Highly recommend!!

A great place to train! Such a positive atmosphere and a lovely community. The coaches are awesome - approachable and very knowledgeable. Workouts can be modified to any fitness level or to suit specific injuries and everyone is so encouraging. Would definitely recommend RIP to anyone who is curious about CrossFit, wanting to keep fit or just train with a bunch of great people for fun.

I love RIP! I was hesitant and nervous to join at first not knowing anyone but everyone is so welcoming and friendly. The most amazing gym and community and I’ve also come a long way with my training getting stronger and learning new skills.
