Had a significant amount of horrible experiences with this Realestate agency’s sales representatives, In my experience it’s my opinion that I found these agents to be bullying, abusive, just plain rude and which resulted in a very horrible experience I could never forget.I didn’t appreciate what I felt like was, raised voiced phone calls talking over top of me, and emails of which left me feeling bullied, anxious and pressured Into making a decision when after a sales offer contract was in effect and there after contact between parties should have been made only via conveyances and not direct communications at this stage of the sales process.I must say that the principal was in fact very helpful and professional but my opinion of my dealings with 2 other agents in this franchise I found to be far from polite, far from helpful and far from professional people and I found that communication with these other representatives to be an awful and stressful experience at a time when purchasing a new property in itself can be one of the largest investments and decisions one can make in a lifetime.In my opinion I would recommend exercising caution, using due diligence and question everything proposed and seeking legal advise about anything that may make you feel unsure or uncertain of.Good lock

My partner and I sent an email and received a call when a property on Glentree Avenue first went up for sale to organise an inspection for this afternoon (Friday 4.30). We both finished work early to see the property, with pre approval and an offer ready to go if the inspection went well. Unfortunately, upon arriving to the house, we were welcomed with an ‘inspection cancelled’ sticker on the ‘for sale’ sign. We weren’t contacted to be notified the property went under offer nor that the inspection was cancelled. Really disappointing and unprofessional that the real estate agents hadn’t reached out to us so we hadn’t waisted our time.

Fleur and Blake made the buying process a pleasure. Their local knowledge is outstanding and they were always available to answer any questions we had, and provide local insights. They are both an asset to the First National team.
