Great range of high quality instruments and really good personal service.

Dropped my Mom's guitar off for repairs, they were all very friendly and knowledgable, there were no hidden costs or any hiccups and they did their best to get it done in time for Christmas. Excellent service, wide range of equipment and now I wont go anywhere else for my musical needs. Thank you!

Average customer service, old mate wouldn't even stop strumming his acoustic guitar to help or give advice on a simple guitar case. Other staff member behind the counter didn't even acknowledge us. Left after 10 seconds, very dissapointing

When I was here some time ago, one person, I won't say who, appeared to be taking an interest in me. We talked for a while and then he attempted to, cleverly, take the conversation to a sale. I don't think he was interested in me at all, it was simply a sales technique, a softening up, in order to make a sale. I personally don't like this sort of thing. I would have preferred he were a salesman, pure and simple, rather than putting me through a process that had me later wondering how many people he had worked in such a fashion. I might add his chance of making a sale disappeared altogether when I became conscious I was a mere sales target.

Simply an exceptional experience at this shop. Huge amount of stock from beginner stuff to top end instruments, which I was assisted to try out without any hassles at all. Genuine people you can rely on and do business with. I'll be back.

I've been popping into this place for a while now and I'm actually surprised I haven't left a good review in the past. This music shop is honesty top notch. The staff are passionate, friendly, approachable and honest.I will be sure to continue to buy anything music related from this store, they have my undying loyalty. I also want to thank the team there once more for the return of a tablet containing intellectual property worth an absolute fortune. Thanks heaps guys, loosing that data would have been detrimental to my company (and also me) and I can't actually quantify the amount in potential losses you've saved me!! More than the tablet could ever be worth.
