This was my first time coming here. Noted, from my rating, this will also be my last.First of all, when you walk into a place you’re unsure of, it’s good to have a receptionist who is warm and welcoming. That receptionist will be what makes or breaks the workplace, because she’s inevitably the face of her entire job. That being said, the woman at the counter was neither of those things. She wasn’t warm or welcoming, in fact- if anything, It’s impossible to say she was kind. Just indifferent. Nothing wrong with being indifferent, but when it comes to new customers, it’s safe to say it’d be wonderful to be introduced to a kind face. She was the main reason why I had such an unpleasant experience here.Secondly, my car started playing up the minute I got it back. So of course, I take it back into the shop expecting some sort of reasonable explanation. I wasn’t angry, just confused. You’d think after taking my car for a test drive after the job was done, they would’ve noticed it too. But no. Instead, all I got was, “You don’t have any proof.” Like they were accusing of breaking my car up to get them to fix it for me for free? After paying such a hefty amount of money on my car, to which I remember the woman at the counter saying, “It took a very looong time to fix, you know.”At this point, I still wasn’t angry. Just disappointed. I should’ve listened to those people who told me this place was a rip off. I try and give a lot of places a chance, but there’s no way in hell I’m coming back after that.

AAA+ these guy dont rip off us females like some other mechanics do and tell you whats wrong or what they have done so i can understand it

Thank you for help in fixing our car. I found the staff very helpful and their workshop looked very neat and organized.
