I'm a mum of two little ones and all the scooping, lifting, bending, feeding and carrying has left me with a very tight neck, shoulders and back. I've been seeing Anna for regular Oseto and I'm feeling the difference. Everything feels looser and I don't get as much reoccurring discomfort as previously. Anna is friendly and professional. I always feel relaxed after a session. This has been my first experience with Osteo and would definitely recommend.

I am so glad to have found Align Health. Just one visit to Dr Belinda with a simple follow up exercise and the pain in my hip was gone after months of discomfort. Belinda has a lovely gentle manner and spends time understanding her patients needs.
